No complaints whatsoever. Food is great. Breakfast served on the restaurant. Room met the criteria. We would book here again, if we come to Big Falls;))

I had an incredible stay at this hidden gem in the heart of the rainforest. Surrounded by lush vibrant jungle and a serene river, the location was perfect for exploring Mayan ruins and cacao farms. The cabin I stayed in was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. The staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to recommend local activities. The breakfast was delicious, and the views from the veranda were breathtaking. I especially enjoyed the river tubing and bird watching.
The lack of in-room wifi was a minor inconvenience.

Spent Christmas in a tropical paradise with great weather and beautifully maintained grounds. Loved the refreshing pool and the fact that there were plenty of comfortable lounge chairs to relax in. The food was delicious, especially the fresh local fruit and perfectly cooked fish. The staff were friendly and helpful and recommended some great activities in the area.
That the food and drinks were a bit pricier than other places we visited. However, the quality was worth it and the location made up for it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location by a rushing waterfall in Rio Blanco Park was breathtaking. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they provided me with helpful recommendations for local activities, including a visit to the local chocolate factory and the Punta Gorda market. The breakfast that was served was delicious and satisfying.
Everything was spot on.

What a wonderful experience! Stayed in a peaceful paradise surrounded by nature and the sounds of animals with amazing food and friendly staff. The activities were organised and fun; I particularly enjoyed the river tubing and bird watching. They have an expert who knows everything about Belize's birdlife. The orchids surrounding the accommodation were stunning, and the pool was perfect for a dip. The best part is that this place is ideal as a base for exploring Mayan ruins and cacao farms.
The Wi-Fi only worked in public areas, and there weren't enough kitchen supplies in the larger cottages for people who like to prepare their meals. However, staying in nature is about disconnecting from technology, and they have a restaurant that serves delicious local cuisine.

Nestled in the middle of verdant rainforest, this lodge is an excellent choice for budget travellers looking for a peaceful escape. Guests can start their day with a refreshing swim in the pool, followed by a delicious breakfast in the restaurant with magnificent views of the surrounding river. The cosy rooms are clean and well-appointed, while the helpful staff are always happy to assist with local excursions and activities.
The absence of in-room Wi-Fi may be a deal-breaker for some guests.

Great place for birding and wildlife enthusiasts! The lodge is surrounded by a river and beautiful forests which makes it an ideal location for observing local fauna and flora. The staff offers a great range of very flexible birding options which you can take advantage of. The lodge's accommodations are perfect, with a new cabana with a front porch, air conditioning which is perfect for hot weather, comfortable beds and excellent amenities. The meals were delicious and the coffee was good as well. Two thumbs up for the steak filet! The lodge would be suitable for small families too.
During our stay, our belongings were stolen while dining at the restaurant in the lodge. Although we complained and notified the management, they took no responsibility or offered any apologies.
